Annie Mist Thorisdottir works as a professional CrossFit athlete from Reykjavik Iceland. She owns and runs Crossfit Reykjavik in Iceland, where she trains athletes. Annie became the very first woman to ever win CrossFit Games on two occasions. Annie was second at the 2010 and 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir from Iceland is a weightlifter, is also an Icelandic CrossFit athlete as well as a popular media personality. She was the winner of CrossFit Games 2011 and 2012 twice, becoming the first female winner. Her other achievements include winning Dubai Fitness Competitions in 2013 and 2013. Annie was born in Reykjavik, Iceland together with her parents and siblings. Being an avid sportsman and working out enthusiast from at an early age, Annie participated in various school games and was awarded numerous medals. In 2009, Annie Thorisdottir competed in the CrossFit event in California. Annie Thorisdottir as of 2021, is aged 31. She's 5'7 tall and her weight is approximately 67 kg. Annie began her CrossFit adventure in California in 2009. She did well on her first games, finishing within the top 10 in the rankings. The team was unable to win any awards but ended up in 11th place in the final ranking. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. Annie placed 2nd at CrossFit Games in 2010 under Jami's guidance. The following year she was a participant in CrossFit Games and won them thanks to her outstanding performances. It was her first time as a woman to take home a gold medal in CrossFit Games. Annie's exceptional performance in 2012 brought her to another CrossFit Games victory. This was the second time she won consecutively. Additionally, in 2014, she was awarded a silver medal and recently in 2021 won bronze in CrossFit Games. Annie is a coach and trainer in Crossfit Reykjavik that she started. With rising fame as an athlete Annie is a model of various sports brands including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Renaissance Periodization Nuun Hydration Sidekick Yerbae, among other.
