Felicity is a famous English actress who gained fame for portraying Jane Hawking, the protagonist in The Theory of Everything. Jones was an actor since the age of 12years old, has been a part of many TV series and films. Her first professional role was in the TV film The Treasure Seekers. Then she played the character in Ethel Hallow another television show called The Worst Witch and its sequel Weirdsister College. Her first movie, Flashbacks of a Fool was a film that featured her as Young Ruth. Since then she's appeared in numerous films. Her acting became famous with films such as The Invisible Woman, and The Amazing Spider-Man. But it was her role on The Theory of Everything that earned her the Oscar for the very first time. Jones received high praise from critics as well as viewers in her portrayal of Hawking's wife, who was his ex-wife as she appeared in The Theory of Everything, the Stephen Hawking biopic. She was then seen in Inferno an action film starring Tom Hanks. Jones was awarded the title British Artist of Year 2016 by the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles in recognition of her extraordinary talent and work in the field of cinema.
