Ally Sheedy
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy is an American actor from the United States. She was born on June 13th in 1962. Her first film appearance was in Bad Boys (1983). Then, she joined the Bratpack group and appeared in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club(1985) as well as Short Circuit (1986). Sheedy's performance in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (2000) won her the Independent Spirit Award, Best Female Actor. Sheedy is an American actress, and author. Her film career began in early 1980s when she starred as a character actress for the crime-drama film, Bad Boys. The film, which was helmed by Rick Rosenthal also starred other popular actors such as Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown and Alan Ruck. In the wake of her success in her first film, she also appeared in the 1985 comedy drama The Breakfast Club. John Hughes directed one of the most memorable films made for high school students. Even though it had the budget of $1 million, the movie's profits exceeded $50 million. Additionally, she began being featured in various shows on TV such as CBS Schoolbreak which was her TV debut. In April 1980, the show was first aired. It was aimed at young people. Other TV shows she appeared in are Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid and Hill Street Blues. Recent appearances by Sheedy are Little Sister as well as X-Men Apocalypse, a movie that tells the story of a hero, in which Sheedy appears as a guest. Her incredible performances have earned numerous accolades like the MTV Movie Award of Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
